Please see attached thank you letter I wrote to bill me later for finally correcting the numerous errors on my account and that I truly appreciated it. -- % of every issue was corrected in my favor. Then I show them my statement just printed for -/-/-. Once again they made another error. Circled on page - of statement it says the $190.00 charge in dispute I do not have to pay yet??? This was a - ticket which delta finally processed a refund for $190.00 after I called them. Pay Pal received the - refund and notified Bill me later. Attached please find deltas emailed receipt showing this ticket as " - '' status. Which means it was refunded. So why they have not updated this I have no idea. In addition I have been with Bill me later for years, always pay my bill 1 day after bill prints never paid interest, never late, - % payment record. So I must say I received no communication at all except again on page - of this statement in middle it says " Youre account is closed ''???? I have asked them why? No response. It appears even though all disputes were their error and found correctly in my favor they have retaliated for asking for your assistance by not telling me but closing my stellar account. Unbelieveable. What route do I need to take to get this account opened?
