I have been in your home for - years and have an FHA Loan. I have a solid previous payment history and in -/-/- you lost your job. Within a week of losing my job I filed for Unemployment benefits and contacted the Mortgage Company ( FBC Mortgage ) for assistance. I called and spoke to several agents, requested a loan mitigation package, and filed all the paperwork that the bank requested. And yet, when I called for a status Friday - - -, I was informed that they have put me into foreclosure, without resolution.
