i believe under the federal act and amendment that if the original creditor is not filing the compliant with bureau why is the collector not providing enough information to collect the debt or validation of debt it should be remove from bureau until further notice looking for sign contract or terms of agreement collection make frivolous attempt to collect debt as per credit bureau account number - scs collector, - - if debt was transfer debtor should be remove duplicate debt for same entity whom is the original debt collector need original terms or agreement to support the claim making the scores drop and poor judgement, on amounts how can the make cliam i was never notify of debt or collection identity theft
