I paid off the Loan yesterday -/-/2016 and today I when I look at my bank account I find that they took the pay off payment twice. When I called them I was told that I set it up to pay if off twice. Which I did not do. I was told that it could take 10 to 14 days to get the overpayment back. When I asked about all the overdraft charges I was told that they would not refund them as I 'm the one that set the payment up twice. When I asked to speak with a manager I was put on hold and then hung up on. I have tried calling 3 time this morning and have gotten nothing but the run around.
