Our attorney has called US Bank every business day from -/-/- to -/-/- and there has been no change in status. We believe that the lender delay is merely a tactic to increase the amount of the underlying arrearage so that US Bank may increase their fees. We wonder if US Bank has a record of this type of glacial processing.
