Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Hello ; I spoke with representative with Wells Fargo bank. Complained about being charged a late fee, when had made all payments on time. Lady said she would pull up my account, then came back, said she could fixe the problem & as long as made on time, there would be no more additional charges. Said she would remove the additional charges, said that it would show up on my next statement. None of those things happened!! Additional charges still there, charged me with more charges because they said I did n't pay the additional charges. Complained several time & nothing happens!! Cant believe anything they say!!
