We are - and do not have a loan with Wells Fargo Dealer Services but they have repeatedly called us ( for years ) and as recently as today. This is very upsetting to us and we do not want to be harassed. These calls apparently pertain to our adult son who has not lived with us for decades and we have no information to provide - which we have explained to the many callers in the past together with asking that they do not call us. The phone call today was made to our home on - ( In the past I have also received calls on my cell - - - ) from somebody stating her name was " - at Wells Fargo Dealer Services '' - ( caller ID number ) with a message to call back - for No. -. The telephone call came in at -. In the past we have received calls from persons representing that they are from Wells Fargo Dealer Services from other numbers including -. These agents not only ignore our request not to telephone us but in 2014 an agent from the - number provided me details on the subject account history over the phone that included the amount of arrears, collection efforts and assertions that my son was a criminal. I have subsequently learned this was illegal. We are tired of these calls and are filing this complaint to documents them as well as demand that we stop being harassed.
