First Data Corporation Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account California

My prepaid visa debit card was suspended. I was told I needed to fax them - current id 's which I did. Now they say they need proof of address because I use a po box . I am a motorhome salesman and do n't have a home address. I stay at different campgrounds. They wo n't send my funds to my po box and close my account. It seems they just want to keep my money and keep my card inactive even though the balance shows over - dollars.
