On -/-/15, I initiated a cash advance on my account with PayPal credit in the amount of $560.00. The same day, -/-/15, the transaction was canceled and the cash advance was not completed. In reviewing my PayPal statements, I have been charged a cash advance interest charge since - for a transaction that was never completed. I have tried to resolve this using PayPal online procedures with no resolution.
