I had a personal, unsecured loan with Wells Fargo, which I paid in full well over a month ago. I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation the loan is paid, or a charge-off statement. The loan is still being reported to my credit. When I attempt to contact Wells Fargo, they advise me they have no record of me or my loan anywhere when searching by my social security number. They have intentionally lied to me about which department to speak with, about there being a supervisor in the relevant departments, and about the process of obtaining proof of payment in full. I have also been hung up on anytime that a person is unable to answer the most simple of questions, or when I ask for a person who can resolve this issue directly.
