On this day at approximately - I received a call on my personal cell from - I did answer it. And it was a rep from First Bank Card. Before she began to ask me any questions I asked her why is she calling me at -, she stated she did n't realize what time it was. I stated " you call me every day, so why are you call me at - in the morning '' " Do you know this is a violation of the CFPB '' and she stated yes and then went quiet on the phone, and I told her I would be in contact soon. Once I hung up, I picked up my other phone to see if they had called that phone, and she sure did at - and she left a voice mail as well. I will attach the vm and the phone log. The bill was paid the day before and has always been paid.
