Following up with my complaint case # - - I received a call from - from the Avant compliance dept she admitted to a computer error on there part I informed her what I went through how I had to deposit the funds into the bank account where it was drawn so I can payoff the loan i informed received a survey and also a letter confirming loan was paid off yet 8 days later they debited my account for a - yes - penny I told her I was unhappy she wanted to offer me a - - gift card I declined it as I told her the matter has not been resolved she started laughing at me I took offense to that and informed her of. That she said the minimum amount they can credit my account for was - I told her I do not want them accessing my account anymore they need to mail it to me she declined was rude and laughing it was very unprofessional this is from here compliance department nothing was resolved I still do not have an explanation or a guarantee my account will not be de it 's again and to compound the issue the compliance employee for avant was laughing because I took issue with a penny I told her I count my money and I take offense to her actions she is aware this matter is not closed I am out my money and restitution
