KelKris ( - Credit Bureau Associates ) drafted a Stipulation to Set Aside Default and for Settlement and Entry of Judgment to discharge a debt filed against me. The company 's attorney negotiated an amount of $4200.00 with my attorney, I accepted it, and sent them a check in keeping with their instructions in the Agreement. Now they are reneging on it saying the $4200.00 was in error. Now they are saying they want $6700.00.
