My neighbor is constantly getting phone calls from - stone collection agency and telling my neighbor of my unpaid debt. In addition to harassing this neighbor with embarrassing phone calls, they are disclosing my personal information such as a collection account. I refer to the following : THE - FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT AND THE FEDERAL FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.
