PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card department,

I was charged - on -/-/15. All I have is " - - '' on the charge - no ticket #, no destination, etc. I did not purchase anything from - -. PayPal Credit denied my fraud claim, saying the charge originated from my IP address. It simply did n't. I have filed a police report and have contacted - - to get more information. - needs cooperation from PayPal Credit to determine who used their services, and Paypal Credit has not cooperated with me. I have an email from - outlining what they need from Paypal to investigate this. I 've done all I can do. Also, Paypal Credit has on 3 occasions promised to send me an affidavit for me to fill out, but has failed to do so.
