- at -, -, MI - is offering me a settlement of a debt that was open in the - 's. They offered me a settlement $700.00 from a debt balance of $1700.00. I have several concerns for instance, the orignial creditor was Wells Fargo. I agreed to pay $50.00 a month until paid in full. However, this collector is acting very secretive, there is know contact phone number to communicate with them on a regulat basis. Also, I wanted to reduce the amount to $25.00 because I am on fixed income. I mailed a letter to them in this regards but have not receive a response. I made my first payment of $50.00 on -/-/16. I was trying to notify them of changes but have been unable to communicate with them. This sends a RED FLAG that maybe these people ( - ) are not a legal collection company. I am worried that they may be a scram please look into this company 's debt collection practices ASAP. I will enclosed their location that they sent me.
