I am the co-signer on - loans with my daughter totaling $32000.00. My daughter was attending - - in Ohio from -. Another loan for $12000.00 was financed through - - - -, NY bringing the total amount owed to $44000.00. This is when she attended - University - - - from, -. I began repaying these loans in - after her graduation at the rate of approximately $ - to - - - - - - - -, PA -. In - I filed bankruptcy with a law firm that unfortunately mishandled my case by never confirming it, thus causing the case to be dismissed in - - with no creditors having been paid for a year. - had discharged the loans by - and referred them to National Enterprise Systems ( NES ) - - -, - OH -. Their number is -. NES notified me in - - of the total amount due as $44000.00 irregardless of previous payments to -. NES requested an immediate payment of $1200.00 with subsequent monthly payments of $100.00 through - -. Since
voice message usually comes on asking caller to leave only name and phone number, but calls are never returned. I faithfully continued to pay $100.00 per month every month until - loan was switched -, -, - - - - - - - - - - OH - -, Phone # - or -. I contacted - who returned that account back to NES in - -. The problem was the original amount of $12000.00 had been raised to $19000.00. I could that be if, I had been paying since -? I can obtain proof of all payments. IN - -, I increased my payment to NES from $100.00 per month to $300.00 per month to cover the following acct # s provided by with following distribution. Payments were $50.00 for - accts and - for $100.00 for a total of $300.00 per month paid faithfully. - account agreement was through - per correspondence from NES dated -/-/-. In between that time the accounts were arbitrarily pulled ( with no reason given ) 3 times and sent to other collection agencies ... then returned to NES. - - - - -, - - - - - - - -, -, OH, -, Ph # - -. $37000.00, - - - -, - - - -, Ph # - Amt. $18000.00, and - - - - - -, - -, NJ -, Ph # -. On Saturday, -/-/-, I received notice again that - of loans and been pulled and given to -, -, and -. I called NES Monday and the rep initially said he had no record of my accounts. WHAT!? The - - was all applied to - account. Then was told to call rep - - back at - at ext -. First rep did say NES only had - account there now and my full - $300.00 payment had been applied to that - account. WHAT!? I called back then message indicated her unavailability. I left message ... called never returned. I contacted a rep at - ( - ) who again transferred me to - - at NES who said she could give no explanation as to why the accounts had been moved and why I had not been notified. Those - accounts had been moved in -! WHAT!? Why are my accounts being consistantly moved without my knowledge when I have paid regularly since -? Why have n't my balances decreased? How can NES do this without notification or explanation? It seems all of my payments have been for nought and I have been thoroughly taken advantage of. I write the account payments on the check each month, but evidently ignored by NES. This is a convoluded mess!
