I do not know Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Colorado
RAB Performance Recoveries has taken me to court for a debt that is not mine or that they have not been able to show some sort of proof that I owe. I am now in mediation attempting to get this thrown out as the judge signed off on it and is allowing the targeting practice to go on. They already have numerous complaints against them online and on - -.
