I have a small business. I have a merchant credit card processing account through First Data Corporation. Without my authorization, First Data deducted ( stole ) $14.00 from my business checking account on - -, 2016 for " - ''. When I called First Data on - -, 2016 and inquired about the unauthorized charge, I got a sales pitch for the product, and I was told that I could apply for a refund if I did n't want the product. I was then told that I would be called back in a day or two to discuss the matter.
