On -/-/- we made a purchase of $3000.00 with a promotional credit offer of 18 months @ 0 % interest. I was able to make all the payments on time and in excess of the minimum payment due of $160.00. By - - I had a balance of $960.00 with 10 months to go on the 0 % offer. On -/-/- I called Synchrony Bank to reduce the minimum payment to $100.00. The first agent was un helpful. I waited - minutes to speak to - - - -, who refused to do anything. Her supervisor was unavailable. I asked how I could register a complaint. She said she could submit - on my behalf or I could mail - in to their corporate office. I told her to submit - and give me the adress so that I could mail - in as well. I also told her I would be submitting this complaint.
