The lender had agreed in an email not to deduct $290.00 from my bank account on -/-/16 and the payment would be due on -/-/16 and -/-/16. However, on -/-/16 they deducted the money without authorization and in contradiction to the agree payment arrangement. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails.
