I closed an account with Delbert Services ( DBA - ) on - by authorizing payment to be made in full. The transaction is reflected in my checking account. On - -, 2016 I followed the - guidelines for disputing an entry on my credit report. I sent the document via fax ( all receipts and confirmations available ) expressly requesting that the entry be disputed as their data as of - of 2016 still showed an open account with a $10000.00 balance. - has refused to place the issue in dispute or make any changes. I am working to pay my bills but when - and Delbert services throw roadblocks in my way and refuse to even communicate with me it makes it a lot harder.
