I was looking over my statements and realized Wells Fargo bank charged my account a late fee and a finance fee after the bill was paid in full for the - Statement on my WF Business Credit Card. I contacted them regarding this and a - - ( Employee/Location ID - ) advised that they would not refund the financing charge as it was a violation of the credit agreement which is not the case as this credit card is PAID in full every month.
