Citi Financial Group called me and requested money right away needed it within - hours or they were going to contact my employer, send a - to the IRS, and charge me with a felony. The company never addressed what company they were calling from until the - call. They woman gave all my information out to my wife without - requesting my permission first. When we advised them they needed to prove that I owed this debt the - worker stated they did not have to prove anything and we needed to prove where we did not owe this debt. My wife has spoken to our case manager today ( -/-/15 ) and advised the case manager that we did not want any money taken out until we received the email with the documents that we were promised and requested information to be faxed over.
