FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account California

Loan # - LoanDepot issued an Escrow Surplus refund check in the amount of $6700.00 on - - 2015. To this date i have not received the check. I have emailed, and called customer service several times to get another check sent out ( with a tracking number )
