I enrolled with Nationwide Biweekly Administration for bi-weekly debits to pay-down my mortgage " quicker '' and save money on interest. I signed a contract that was to last the lifetime of the loan ( 30 years ) and they were to provide the service bi-weekly to pay the loan for me. I was charged $580.00 for these services with on-going charges of $ -/year. After 2 years with the program, my bank is no longer being debited and NBA is no longer paying the loan for me. They have " suspended '' all accounts and refuse to refund the enrollment costs taken for their services which they are no longer providing. There is no where in the contract that says they can temporarily not provide the services I paid a very large sum to use. They are not available by phone and after weeks of trying to reach someone I was told that no refunds will be issued - which is a problem for me because I am not interested in paying for services that I am not receiving.
