As she does not speak -, she tells me that they call and hang up once she starts talking. I return the numerous calls and after speaking to someone, always find out its actually for an - -. After a heartless apology for the mistake the countless reps over the years have vowed with every fiber of their being to remove the number to ensure she never gets a call again. A few months go by before another call looking for an - - from the same company. Today was the last straw, I called back and spoke to a representative and then his manager - - who was extremely rude, condescending, and was deriding my - background when I was speaking to my mother the victim of these non-stop harassment calls that she does not understand. - kept overtalking me and refused to apologize for the way he was speaking to me.
