Received a call from a person stated his name was -, ( - ) -, at about - -, on - -, 2016, with Fair Collection and out source. I asked why he was calling me at this late hour. This is when he stated he was attempting to collect a debt i owed. I advised him that under California Laws he should not be calling me at this hour. He was rude toward me. I hung up the phone. It should be noted after I hun up he called bace again.
