Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
I received a cash advance. When it was due I called and asked for a 4 day extension. I was denied for the first time in 5 years. I was told by " - '' that the check would be deposited in two days knowing that my check will bounce. Then she said that I 'd have a $ - fee from Amscot and - $35.00 return check charge from my bank. I told her that my mortgage payment will bounce. I was never told that I could n't receive an extension, nor was I offered any other assistance. I called the Corporate Office and was told the same, except she said that had I called earlier I could have received assistance. I called -/-/15.
