Account # -. For - Toyota Prius lease turned in on -/-/-. Leased new car from Toyota on -/-/-. Overcharged on lease turn in. Account # -. For - Toyota Prius lease turned in on -/-/-. I leased a new car from - - of - on -/-/-. This complaint is not against the dealer, they were great. My complaint is with Toyota financial and the billing on the lease turn in. This was my first time leasing and I confirmed everything step by step by phone with Toyota. Furthermore I have a - which I told Toyota about. They helped me with each step of the process guiding me. However I am still being billed for - damages that were fixed and a disposition fee, even though I was told this should not be since I am currently leasing another Toyota Prius, but a -. I am also being charged for a key fob, when I turned - sets in with the leased vehicle. I had a courtesy inspection done by a nice
MD. On the bill I received on -/-/- I am still being charged " Excessive Ware '' and this is listed in the amount of $150.00. The left dinged quarter panel is listed in the amount of $55.00 which is not disputed. The rear bumper was fixed at - - of -, MD by the dent and touch up guy they use on the lot for the new cars. He was highly recommended and since I paid him cash, I got a receipt. My cell phone and dash cam also show him fixing it throughout the day, as it was accidentally left recording during the fix. He also did a full touch up on the vehicle, fixing it to what I assured would pass the lease turn in inspection. I called Toyota back to do a - courtesy inspection now that the fixes and all keys were together, but Toyota financial said this was not necessary or even possible. I was told several times this information would be noted to my file and a recalculation/re determination would be done on the final lease bill. I called and followed up, I also have the recorded calls and call logs. I spoke for hours regarding this and have a running tally. Last I spoke was a real nice - lady, I called from cell phone : -. She assured me the final bill would be reflected and noted. We talked for over an hour. I do n't know what else I can do. I hope Toyota is n't trolling me because I got a foul tone and cancelled some extras. Please remain professional and correct the bill to reflect the fixes, turned in keys and no disposition fee. It is still clearly advertised on the Toyota website that this should be waived since I 'm in another Toyota lease, they were simply overlapped while - - of - was finding the new - vehicle, putting the tints, pinstripes on and finalizing the deal. I am also still awaiting my customer satisfaction sales survey. It should go to the address on this complaint and in the file. I have not received the survey or completed it as of today, or any surveys for my new - Toyota Prius Plugin. Please direct all future mailings and correspondences to physical hard copy mail, to the address on file in this complaint. This goes to all parties. The bill should be corrected to show the accurate total of $55.00. I ask for courtesy and my times sake that the $55.00 be waived as well. Thank you. Stay classy and professional Toyota.
