I paid the account with the - - they are collecting for. When I spoke to a lady named - she advised she would send an email stating that the debt had been paid and would be removed from my credit report ( I am buying a home ), when I did not receive the email I spoke to her supervisor, - and he advised he could not remove the debt. I told him that was a lie because she told they could and I have had a previous medical collection with - that was removed once paid. He lied and said that could not be done, even after I know for a fact it can and his collector told me it would as well. I need this removed ASAP for my credit report as promised by the collector named -.
