I have a complaint pending with the CFPB and the practices of BMO Harris bank regarding a home equity loan that I have with the bank. Part of the agreement was that they were to pay off credit cards and private student loans as of - -, 2015. To date, nothing has been paid by BMO Harris. When I ask for proof of payments, I receive no response but I am told I am responsible for the $34000.00 that they supposedly paid off. When I attempt to contact customer service I am told that I have to speak to the branch, that they are unable to assist. I do not want to lose my home because BMO claims to have made payments that have not been made.
