Discovery Financial is trying to collect form me - -. I was only an authorized signer on account. My father - - was the actual account holder, he is the only one that signed up for the account. Ive tried numerous times to get Discovery financial to send me a copy of the SIGNED application. They can not provide it. They can only provide a bunch of statements where I did make the payment or signed for tire changes or things of that nature.
