Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Illinois

I have advised the Cash Store a few times that I have spoken with an attorney but due to the holidays, I will not hear from him until Monday. Cash Store called me - a day even though they were told by me that I work during the day which is - Monday through Friday. I just started this job on -/-/15 and I am still on probation until -, therefore I ca n't just working to answer their calls.
