Upon beginning classes through the - - ( " - '' ), I was obligated by this school to borrow student loan funds through - - - ( " - '' ) ; I was awarded no alternative loan providers and was advised that I could not seek and/or apply any other student loan monies from any other loan servicer. Then, a few months after I began my studies at - ( and while still attending there as a full-time student ), I was notified on several occasions by the director, president, and other financial advisors at - that I had to start making payments on my student loan, and was threatened to be expelled from - and, if I neglected to start making payments on the loan, that - would report this on my credit bureau as a delinquent loan balance. So, I contacted - to establish a repayment plan, but was told that there was no repayment plan that could be offered. In or around - -, 2015, my student loan was transferred to University Account -, - from - after the CFPB Student Loan Settlement became effective. This student loan was established on false and predatory lending practices, and is also a violation of -, Title 12 U.S.C. 5531 ( a ) ), the Higher Education Act, and the Federal Trade Commission Guides for - -.
