Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Indiana

Here are the facts as told by my wife, - from - -, 2015 : " Around - at night someone rings the door bell. I turn on the porch light and asked my son ( who is - years old ) to put the dogs up ( we have - - pound - and a -. I asked the young lady that was on the porch, how can I help her and who on she was. She stated that she was from " the bank '' and was here to on pick up " the van. I agreed to surrender the vehicle but someone must call my cell first because as a - I am called out and we have the dogs that must first be out away ). She replied that " he was aware that they were coming to pick up the vehicle tonight. '' I asked her again, did you call him, she replied that he had spoken to her boss earlier and she was there present when he ( - ) had spoken to the bank. '' At this time, I see a young man peek around the corner toward the front door. I explained to her that she needed to call my husband and he could take care of this since it was in his name and he had called to make arrangements earlier to turn over the vehicle. The young lady then stated to me, because " You are unwilling to turn over the vehicle, that is considered theft and charges will be filed tomorrow. '' I said to her alright and I closed the door. " My wife and son are both willing to provide sworn affidavits to support what they heard last night. I believe this was an effort to repossess the vehicle in breach of the peace and violations of the fair debt collection laws, both the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Indiana Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Indiana law.Initially - refused to provide the identity of the repossesssion vendor so I filed a complaint herein against -, later - stated the vendor was -, now - stated the vendor was American Recovery Services.
