CDI of - - - - T- - ( - ) - sent a collection notice to - - on -/-/2015 for alleged unpaid medical payments. This notice was void of any mandatory FDCPA language on the notice. Furthermore, not only is the alleged debt over 7 years old ( SOL in T- is 4 years ) but more disturbing - - has been dead for over 2 years.
