Focus Receivables placed a collection account from - in my credit file. I was never contacted by them by phone or mail and had no know of this account. I have lived at my current address for over 10 years and have not had an account with -. To make matters worse, they the high balance showing at $110.00 and a total balance of $530.00. A little confusing. But nevertheless, I do not owe this bill or - for I never had service with them.
