Speedy Cash Holdings Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Missouri
Hi, Wow, where do I start? I took out an installment loan with a company called Speedy Cash to pay for registration for a new car after my old one was totaled. I was in a bad way, in a difficult job not making a living wage, and had just borrowed money from family to buy the car. I really needed the money, so I took the best deal that I could find. Bad move. My credit is n't great ( though it 's light years better than it was even a year ago ), so my loan options are less awesome. Paying Speedy Cash is fairly straightforward, but my issue is with their ACH authorization. I now know that I never should have signed that document. I understand that I have the right to revoke authorization, but their agreement stipulates that if I revoke authorization they 'll attempt to withdraw the full amount due for the loan from by bank account via preauthorized draft. I would like to revoke ACH authorization and pay monthly on agreeable terms, but that provision makes revoking authorization impossible. I understand that I agreed to this and that there are consequences to that, but still, it seems that this is n't a great situation to be in. I do n't know if you folks can help me, but I sure hope so. --
