ERC Debt Collection agency is trying to collect on a debt that I no longer owe and they are threaten to place this debt on my credit report and is demanding I make a payment with them and I never establish a contract with this company at all, also they have been calling my work phone number and sending a bill to an address I never live at before. I feel like that is breaking the FCRA law and defaming my character.
