Allied Interstate LLC Debt Collection Complaint

Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Hawaii

I have a new phone number ( - ) and apparently, the person that had the phone number before me owed a debt to " Allied Interstate ''. Allied Interstate called my phone and asked for this other person. I told them they had the wrong number. They asked if I knew this person and I said no, this is a new number and phone for me. I do not know this person. The caller from Allied Interstate proceeded to yell and scream at me, call me names and harass me saying that I was trying to run from this debt! I just hung up ... She called right back! I have no way to block this number, they are calling the wrong person and can continue to call and scream at me whenever they want ... This HAS to be illegal? Thank you.
