I attended a technical institute in NJ and took out a loan thru -. I was sent to collection. Transworld Systems Inc has sent me an attempt to collect a debt. I am trying to pay my debt of $10000.00 but they are charging me $2600.00 as a collection charge. That is nearly 25 % of my debt. This seems outrageous for a struggling economy to charge that much.
