I have medical bills with - - in -, PA I had been paying $25.00 on each of the - bills until about a year ago when a rep. called me from - - and we agreed that I make a once a month payment for $110.00 and some change. I rounded off the payment to $110.00 a month and sent my payment each month that I received my bill. Well the bills stopped coming in the mail in -/-/- and I never heard a word from - - either by mail or by phone regarding any payment issues so I assumed my bills were paid in full and that was the end of it, until yesterday when I checked my mail and found that I had a letter from a Collection Agency ( Financial Recoveries ). This letter includes - unpaid, overdue bills from - - and they are expecting me to pay them in full. First off I was making payments that were agreed upon by myself and - -. How can they just up and send these to collections without properly notifying me that there was a problem? I guess I should have contacted them but life


there is no way I can come up with a lump sum to pay these bills off the way the collection agency wants me too. I just do n't understand why - - stopped billing me and sent me to collections. I was making my agreed payments. I sure hope that by writing this letter to you that you can help straighten this mess out for me or at least point me in the right direction. Thank you
