My sister and me bought the house in - in - House ; -, California under the - - - -. Unfortunately after paying all the bills up to - -, - and after this we decided to foreclose the house due to financial problem. After the house was foreclosed the - - - took over the house, which after this we do n't know what happened? We did n't receive any letter/notice from - - - -. We thought that we do n't owe any payment to the - - - - - - - - - until I received the summons notice from Credit Bureau Associates. The address of the Credit Bureau Associates is - - - in - of -, California -. Their telephone number -. The summon notice which I received was in year - stating the amount of $7500.00 which they want me to pay. Of course I do n't want to pay this amount so I went to the court in - in -, California but unluckily I loss the case. When I go over all the paper works from the Credit Bureau Associates and - - - - I found out that they did n't not send me any bill to the address where I am living since - up to the present. If the - - - - send me a bill using my real address where I am living for almost 34 years ( my only address ) I would have take care of it but since they did n't send me the bill thus it went to debt collector agency - Credit Bureau Associates - year -. That is why I am disputing it cause for me its not my fault but their fault of not even sending me a bill, first bill since we foreclose the house. I was just shocked when the Credit Bureau Associates summon notice.
