Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Georgia

I owed money on Citibank/Home Depot card and I settled to pay the Citibank N.A . - -debt collection agency $1100.00 to settle my account as paid and settled. However, they are reporting to the credit reporting agencies like - that I owe an additional $1300.00 to be paid at $25.00 per month. I paid them - as a final payment to settle account with no monthly owed. The company is trying to get me to pay more money and refuses to report a zero balance owed to the credit reporting agencies.
