In -, my family began using - sell phone service until - -. That was no contract service with easy pay in place. After we changed the mobile phone provider with - wireless, - did not stop to charge my wife 's credit card for - /months. I e-mailed - and they stopped the charge. On -/-/-, I received a letter from " Enhanced Recovery Company LLC. '' three months after they reported it to the credit bureau. The debt is not mine and this damaged my credit score tremendously. This cost me to have higher payments and interest fees. This needs to be fixed in a quick manner.
