- states that I owe them $390.00 for discontinuing service with their company while under contract. I claim that I was not under a contract when I discontinued service with their company. I have asked - - to provide proof of contract, and they can not. They have turned my account over to numerous debt collection agencies, and one of them ( Enhanced Recovery Company ) has listed the unpaid debt as a negative on my credit report.
