My husband and I have received several voicemails advising us that we have completed an illegal transaction that, depending on whose voicemail it is, has ranged from an insufficient funds check to an invalid account. Via voicemails, the agent is telling us that our account is behind due to invalid/insufficient funds and that we are past due. She also states that what we have done is illegal. We always made our payment timely and frankly, I am stunned to receive such a voicemail, when I know that what she is saying is not true or legal to say.
