I keep receiving a call from -, A company called City Management. This guy says his name is -. He claims he has a complaint against me from - from some payday loan place. I asked him to send me the paper work, he is refusing. I told him to send me the paperwork or stop calling me. I hung up the phone. He called right back, and in the message he left, he was reading me my rights.
