On line loan.. Every time I log into the website onto my dashboard, I would receive an email of adverse action stating that I applied for a loan on that date, the date i visited my dashboard, and that they were not able to refinance my loan, this has happened more than 3 times, at no time did I ask to refinance my loan, I did not give them permission to pull my credit report, this alone is a violation on their part, I still have the emails of adverse action in my computer, after checking for complaints with the - I have found that I am not the only one who has experienced this. On top of this Avant holds all documentation, consumers are not emailed the documents concerning their loans ... interest is compounded DAILY ... There are deceptive and unethical acts practiced by this company. Every time I complain to the " customer representative '' about what happens when I visit my dashboard I get the response that it will be reported to their IT Department, do they even have an IT Dept?. No attempt to correct this is made on their part, all one has to do is just log in to their dashboard and this will happen as soon as one logs out. This company signs your name electronically to do this, They still have to have your permission to sign electronically, this is yet another violation. This is done even when you need to change your payment date and they talk so fast so that you can not understand what is being said even when you ask them to repeat it they again will talk fast that it sounds like words are jumbled together, this is deception. The times I talked to any representatives, this would be the reaction i would get. I am looking and will be pushing this into further action.
